| Payment Timing |
Usage fees are charged for the first time at the time of registration (or at the end of the free trial period for users eligible for a free trial), and thereafter billed monthly on the same date using the customer’s selected payment method. For credit card payments, the actual payment date is governed by the terms and conditions between the customer and their credit card company. |
| Service Availability |
The service will be available immediately once payment procedures are completed. |
| Refunds and Cancellations |
After logging in on coefont.cloud, you can stop the recurring subscription by selecting “My Account” > “Explore Pricing Plans” from the icon at the top right of the Top page and switching to the Free Plan. Please note that no prorated refunds will be issued. Account deletion for CoeFont can be requested after completing the above procedure. Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not available. |
