Performance Goals

As a Senior Product Development Scrum Member at CoeFont, your role will be pivotal in driving the evolution of our platform by creating an exceptional user experience. This will differentiate us from other AI voice tools in the competitive English-speaking markets.

• Ensure the product is aligned with user expectations and global standards by providing valuable technical insight and ideas with a deep understanding of the impact on the end-user experience. (user-centric)
• Contribute to achieving KPI-driven goals by understanding user behavior data for product improvements, and integrating objective evaluation tools into our web application. (KPI-driven)
• Maximize the value delivered to users by communicating closely in both English and Japanese with designers and product managers across our global team to provide technical input. (communication)
• Contribute to our web application using Next.js by leading the software design, implementation, quality assurance, and performance improvement of scalable systems by working closely with junior front-end engineers and back-end engineers. (engineering)
• Guide the technical vision and strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team, while ensuring that the technical foundation supports scalable and sustainable growth. (technical lead)
